Tickets & Admission

• What do general admission tickets get? 

  A GA ticket gets you full access to Fall Fest for one day, Saturday or Sunday: all vendors, food and drink, live music, and activities. Plus, the first 1000 people through the door each day, any ticket type, get a free reusable Merchantile Market tote while supplies last, 1000 Saturday and 1000 Sunday. It’s a different tote from the exclusive VIP Tote Bundle.

• How do I purchase tickets? Can I buy them the day of the event?

  Yes, you can absolutely purchase tickets the day of! We’ll have QR codes around the event for you to scan and buy online right on the spot. All tickets are purchased through our website, merchantilemarket.com.

• Are tickets refundable?

  All ticket sales are final, so unfortunately tickets are not refundable.

• If kids are free, why do I still need to add a ticket for them?

  Even though kids 12 and under are free, we still need every guest counted, so please add a ticket for them at checkout too. It’s $0, just a quick add so we know how many little ones to expect.

• How do I access my tickets after purchase?

  Check your confirmation email for your QR code, or log into your Eventeny account under “My Tickets.” You can also add your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

• Does my VIP ticket work for both days?

  Yes! VIP covers both Saturday and Sunday. Just keep your wristband on so we can let you back in each day.

• Can I leave and come back during the day?

  Yes, re-entry is available all day, just keep your wristband on. GA wristbands are day-specific (Saturday or Sunday, based on what you purchased), and VIP wristbands work for both days.

• What time is last entry?

  4:45 PM Saturday, 3:45 PM Sunday. The event runs until 5 PM Saturday and 4 PM Sunday.

VIP Tote Bundle

• What does the VIP Tote Bundle include? 

  Your VIP Tote Bundle includes: your own VIP check-in area, separate from the GA line, where you pick up your Fall Fest Tote in small or large; access to a VIP-only photo op area; exclusive deals from 5+ top vendors; a complimentary Bright Side Cafe drink ($8 value); a $10 Merchantile gift certificate; a raffle entry for a $200+ gift basket; and a chance at The Harvest Wristlet, a free gift for the first 200 VIP guests through the door each day. Your cafe drink and gift certificate are valid through April 11, 2027 at The Merchantile of Scottsdale.

• I bought a VIP ticket but can't make it. What happens to my tote and the goodies inside? 

  You’ll have 10 days after Fall Fest to pick up your tote (and everything inside it) at The Merchantile of Scottsdale, 3965 N Brown Ave, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. Just know that anything only valid for that day, like event admission or in-person vendor discounts, can’t be used after the fact. Your gift certificate and cafe coupon stay valid, and your tote will still be there waiting. After 10 days, pickup is no longer available and there are no refunds.

• Is the Fall Fest Tote available at the door?

  The tote is included with VIP Tote Bundles purchased online while supplies last. Limited quantities may be available for purchase at the door, but totes sold at the door do not include market admission.

• What is The Harvest Wristlet?

  A free gift, not sold and not included with your ticket. The first 200 VIP guests through the door each day receive one, while supplies last. Arrive early for the best chance!

Parking & Pricing

• Why do you charge for parking?

  The $10/day parking fee is set by WestWorld, not us, so that part’s out of our hands.

• Why charge at all when your other markets are free?

  This is a completely different kind of event. For October’s Fall Fest, we’re going all in: fully indoors, air conditioned, with elevated stage lighting and production for our live music, plus more experiences than we’ve ever brought together in one place. Our free Civic Center markets aren’t going anywhere, but Fall Fest is on another level, and we think you’ll feel it the moment you walk in.

Event Policies & Logistics

• Is this event indoors?

  Yes! Fall Fest is fully indoors at WestWorld of Scottsdale, air conditioned and comfortable no matter the weather.

• Are dogs allowed at Fall Fest?

  Fall Fest is service animals only, leash required. We know that’s a change from our other markets, but WestWorld’s indoor venue means only service animals can join us this time.

• Can I bring outside food or drinks?

  Outside food and drinks aren’t allowed at Fall Fest, but you won’t need them. We’ll have plenty of food vendors on-site, plus craft cocktails, beer, wine & spirits available for purchase (21+ with valid ID).

• Is there security screening at the entrance?

  Yes, all guests go through security screening at the entrance, and VIP guests also go through a bag check.

• What are the prohibited items at the venue?

  We’re excited to welcome you to Merchantile Market at WestWorld! For everyone’s comfort and safety, guests will have a quick bag check upon arrival. We appreciate your help in keeping the market a fun, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

  Merchantile Market and WestWorld of Scottsdale reserve the right to prohibit items or activities that may be unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate for the event. Prohibited items cannot be held at the entrance and will need to be returned to your vehicle or removed from the property.

  Please leave the following items at home:

  • Outside food or beverages
  • Firearms or weapons of any kind, including knives, swords, tasers, pepper spray/mace, batons, or other items intended or capable of being used as a weapon.
  • Fireworks, explosives, or pyrotechnics
  • Drones or remote-controlled aircraft unless specifically approved by WestWorld and event management.
  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances
  • Smoking, vaping, or tobacco use inside the North Hall or other indoor areas. WestWorld prohibits smoking and vaping inside its buildings.
  • Open flames, candles, grills, portable cooking equipment, or unauthorized heating devices
  • Bicycles, scooters, skateboards, rollerblades, or other wheeled recreational devices inside the event space, except mobility devices and approved equipment.
  • Unauthorized solicitation, distribution of flyers, promotional materials, or signage
  • Professional or commercial photography, filming, or recording without prior approval from Merchantile Market.
  • Items that may create a safety hazard, obstruct walkways, interfere with vendors, or disrupt the event
  • Pets or animals inside the event space, except service animals as permitted by law.

• Is there a costume contest?

  Yes! Most Creative Costume, both Saturday and Sunday at 2 PM. Kids 12 & under and adults 13+ compete separately, and there’s no sign-up, just show up ready.

• Is the venue stroller and wheelchair accessible?

  Yes, WestWorld’s North Hall is fully stroller-friendly and wheelchair accessible.

• Is there anywhere to sit and rest?

  Yes! We’ll have tables and chairs set up in the musicians’ area.

• What's the best time to arrive to beat the crowd?

  If you want to beat the crowd, arrive by 9:30 AM so you’re ready right when doors open, or swing by after 2 PM for a more relaxed shopping experience.

• Is there an ATM on site?

  Yes, ATMs are available on-site at WestWorld for every event, so you’re covered if you need cash while you’re there.

Kids Zone

• What kind of activities are there for kids at Fall Fest?

  There’s a full kids zone: free crafts, a soft play area for ages 4 and under (adult supervision required), a bounce house for kids 5-12 with limited capacity, plus free glitter tattoos and character appearances throughout the day.

• What time do the kids' activities end?

  Crafts, glitter tattoos, and character appearances wrap up 1 hour before the market closes each day, so by 4 PM Saturday and 3 PM Sunday.

Vendors

• What kind of vendors can I find there? 

  Truly all types of local vendors! Think handmade pottery, handmade jewelry, local apparel brands and boutiques, clothing, and woodworking, plus art from local painters and illustrators. You’ll also find experiences like piercings, tattoos, permanent jewelry, custom engraving, and hat bars, along with plenty of vendors for kids. There’s something for everyone.

• Is there a vendor map so I can find my favorite vendors?

  About two weeks before Fall Fest, we’ll post a link on our website to a full vendor map so you can plan your route before you even arrive. On the day of the market, we’ll also have a QR code on-site so you can pull it up and find your way around.
