Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Receiving an approval email does not reserve or guarantee your space. You must purchase your space using the link provided in the approval email.

I understand this is a RAIN OR SHINE event. I will not get a refund if the show is canceled. In that case you will get issued a credit for an upcoming event.

I understand that the application fee and vendor space fee is separate for each market and is non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason.

I understand that I am not guaranteed to be accepted by filling this application out or by paying the application fee. If you are or are not accepted you will receive an email a month prior to the market.

I understand that, if accepted, I will be required to make payment for my designated space via the emailed link and sign an official agreement and email it back by the due date listed on agreement.

If you intend to share your booth space with another vendor, BOTH vendors must apply and be approved. Approved vendors CANNOT share their booth space with non-approved vendors. Please email us and let us know who you will be sharing with.

I understand that I am not guaranteed any special requests or specific locations unless I opt to pay for selecting my booth location.

I understand I will need a white fire resistant canopy with weights (no stakes) or a custom fire resistant canopy with my business logo on it. Please note that all vendor tents are required to have a fire resistance label or certificate. This is mandatory for participation, and the fire department will be on-site to inspect tents for compliance. Tents without proper fire resistance documentation will need to be removed on-site. For reference, EZ-Up brand canopies come with fire-resistant labels and certificates. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe event for everyone.
