Prepare for a wonderful "Love Blooms" Merchantile Market at the beautiful Scottsdale Civic Center on February 10th, from 10 am to 4 pm! Your vendor spot promises a day filled with love, festivities, and fantastic discoveries! Embrace this chance to bring joy to local shoppers seeking heartfelt gifts for themselves or their loved ones.
Spaces are first come, first serve. Once spaces are sold out, you can ask to be put on the waitlist in case of cancellations. Only purchase a space if you have received an approval email with the link to purchase a space.
10x10 spaces are $250 and require a white, cream, or custom canopy with your business name on it. Additionally, it is a requirement to have proper weights on your canopy for stability and safety. Your specific space allocation will be determined closer to the event date.
We've got a limited number of table spaces available for $100, each fitting a single 6ft table. The location is yet to be determined. You'll need to bring your own 6ft table, and a white or beige umbrella is allowed with proper weights—canopies are not permitted. Umbrella is not required.
- Read and sign your agreement that was emailed as an attachment in the initial approval email. Email back the filled out and signed agreement to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Add Scottsdale in your Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) registration. There might be associated fees for this. If Scottsdale is not on your TPT license yet, visit aztaxes.gov and complete the TPT form through the business link. Expect to receive your AZ TPT license within 5 business days. Following your event, remember to report the sales taxes you've collected to the respective city, in this case, Scottsdale. For further assistance on this matter, reach out to them directly. - One week before the market, you'll receive an email containing your space details and day-of-event instructions. Please keep an eye on your inbox for any updates or communications regarding vendors. Check your spam folder occasionally, as our emails might occasionally land there.
Please sign and return the agreement within 3 business days of paying for your space. Failure to do so may result in your space being allocated to another vendor.
If you decide to become a vendor, we kindly ask you to:
1. Share or repost our event graphic on your Instagram and Facebook stories at least once a week, starting from the week you pay for your space until the event day.
2. Post our "I am a vendor" graphic that was emailed to you in your approval email.
3. Share the provided event graphic, caption, and hashtags (details will be emailed to you). Let's aim to post on specific days to maintain a consistent look on our feeds (you'll receive an email with the schedule).
4. Promote the event on your social media, newsletters, and among your friends, neighbors, and family as much as possible. If you need event flyers, please email Ammy.email@example.com, and she'll arrange to send them to you.
