Get ready for an amazing market back at Scottsdale Stadium! We have an array of exciting activities and experiences planned for our shoppers. Enjoy live music, beer gardens for adults, and endless fun for the entire family! We can't wait for you to join us for our Grateful Gathering Market on November 23, 2024!

Approved experience vendors: Kindly proceed to make payment for your designated space. As an Experience Vendor, you will be featured on our official map and tagged in our official reel.

Certain categories and vendors must participate as experience vendors to take part in the event. This applies to popular categories that fill up quickly, such as permanent jewelry, tattoos, piercings, and hat bars. All experience vendors will be placed in prime locations near sidewalks, ensuring maximum visibility.

Additionally, if you require electricity, please make sure you purchase the electricity option on this listing as well. Access to electricity will not be provided without payment.

NEXT STEPS:

  1. Pay to reserve your space by purchasing a space on this listing. We cannot hold spaces. Spaces are NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the reason, sorry!

  2. Read, sign, and return the completed agreement within 3 business days. After paying for your space, download the agreement from your space purchase. Only email the second page you filled out, renaming the agreement file and the email subject to your business name. Send the signed agreement to contact@merchantilemarket.com. This step is necessary to become an official vendor, and the agreement will be valid for the rest of the 2024 season. If you've already submitted the agreement for the October 2024 market, there's no need to submit it again.

  3. Make sure to add Scottsdale in your Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) registration. There might be associated fees for this. If Scottsdale is not on your TPT license yet, visit aztaxes.gov and complete the TPT form through the business link. Expect to receive your AZ TPT license within 5 business days. Following your event, remember to report the sales taxes you've collected to the respective city, in this case, Scottsdale. For further assistance on this matter, reach out to them directly. Read, sign, and return your agreement within 3 business days of paying. Failure to do so may result in your space being allocated to another vendor. If you've already submitted the agreement for the October 2024 market, there's no need to submit it again.

 

SHARING POLICY

If you decide to become a vendor, we kindly ask you to:

1. Share or repost our event graphic on your Instagram and Facebook stories at least once a week, starting from the day it is emailed to you.

2. Post your "I am a vendor" graphic that will be downloadable after purchasing your space.

3. Promote the event on your social media, newsletters, and among your friends, neighbors, and family as much as possible. If you need event flyers, please email contact@merchantilemarket.com, and we'll arrange to send them to you.

4. Please make sure to pronounce The Merchantile correctly. It is pronounced "Merch-an-tile."

DONATION ITEMS

We invite you to donate a small item for our giveaway baskets. We will be raffling up to two gift baskets and giving away 100 satin scarves to the first 100 customers. You are welcome to contribute to one or all of our giveaways. 

Please drop off your items anytime between now and November 20th to ensure a proper Instagram shout-out for your business. You can also include coupons in the baskets. Drop off at any of our stores or mail your items to:
